Although this is easily one of our favorite games of the Asian genre, there still a lot they could've done to make it better. The fact that we have any suits of cards here present at all is a big glaring mistake, it having been so easy for them to use something like Kanji characters which would have looked amazing. We also do miss that big progressive jackpot, which seems like something the god of wealth would be able to afford. They could have also made the backdrop a little higher quality, as having nothing behind all of the reel images makes everything look a little bit floaty. Behind some images, it's OK. Behind the suits of playing cards, however, it looks somewhat odd and out of place.

We like that they have a higher number of pay lines, but also wish that they would have made them even greater. It would have been a lot of fun to be able to make intricate betting patterns here, which you can still do, just not to the extent that some other games that really push the limits there can.

General Style and Presentation

This game is very unlike all the other Asian ones, almost not looking Asian at all! Sure, the title image of the surrounding user interface elements all are authentically Asian for sure, but the many animals in the way they are drawn would have you wonder what the thing was about at all. This makes for a game that is very surprising on the visual end of the spectrum, and we enjoyed quite a bit.
